We are welcoming new patients at Felpham Dental.

At your first appointment, you will meet our friendly team of receptionists in a calm and relaxing environment. They will quickly put you at ease and answer any questions that you may have.
Make sure you have brought your downloaded medical questionnaire and Covid-19 questionnaire with you.
We especially look after nervous patients and will make sure you feel at home.

You will then meet your friendly and experienced dentist who will discuss your needs in a calm, sympathetic manner.
Your dentist will also ask you about:
- Your general health
- Any concerns you have
- What forms of treatment you are considering
Your dentist will:
- Look at your teeth and mouth and face
- Check for damaged teeth, gum disease, jaw problems, biting/chewing difficulties
- Check for early signs of disease e.g. mouth cancer
The dentist may recommend that some X-rays are taken of your teeth.
If you are attending our Dental Implant Clinic, your dentist may request that you have a CT scan of your teeth which is now available at the surgery.
After your initial assessment, the treatment options will be discussed with you and a treatment plan will then be agreed with you. The cost of any treatment which will be explained to you in detail.
We normally recommend that our patients join our Practice Plan payment scheme as this has many advantages including reductions in general fees or you may choose “Pay as you Go”.
You can pay by cheque, card or by an interest free payment plan -Medenta Finance. Please see costs.
Felpham Dental is a preventative-based practice, which means that after any initial problems are sorted out, the need for further treatment will diminish, saving you any further costs.
